What are the participating Natures Own products?

When can I make a claim?
You can make a claim on a participating product purchased between 1st April 2018 and 31st March 2020. Claims must be received by 11:59pm on the 30th April 2020.

How do I claim my money back?

  1. Use the product in accordance with the dosage instructions on the back of each pack for a minimum of 5 nights;
  2. No sooner than 5 days from purchase date visit www.naturesown5nightchallenge.co.nz and complete the online claim form by providing their name, email address, mailing address, contact number, date of purchase, store of purchase, product purchased, purchase price and nominate to receive their refund via EFT (by providing a New Zealand bank account number), PayPal payment or Cheque;
  3. Upload a scanned, legible image of the original receipt, which shows the Qualifying Purchase, date of purchase and price.

What Proof of Purchase do I need to provide?
You must upload an image of your original, itemised purchase receipt. The receipt must clearly show the participating product purchased, the store where the product was purchased and the date and time the purchase was made.

How will I receive my money back?
You can nominate for your money back to be paid into a New Zealand bank account, a PayPal account or send to you in the form of a cheque.

How long will it take to receive my money back?
Once you have submitted your claim please allow up to 14 days for validation and payment to be processed.
